Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Vinayak !!! student of Y-Axis IELTS trainer “Sreerupa Sil”.

I was attending morning batch (7.00 am to 8.30 am) from {10th June to 17th July}. I wanted to share my overall experience through this email.

The main skill I admire in her is her PROPER MANAGEMENT SKILLS, PUNCTUALITY and taking an EXTRA MILE in every aspect, when I refer to punctuality & proper management, I am in particular referring that every faculty is assigned with several batches which has been started in different days and in different timing’s. She was someone who managed it very well without any hassle throughout one month of coaching which was conducted for us. Every day the class starts @7.00 am sharp from Day 1 without any delay, unlikely in most of the other external outsider classes which I had attended in my past used to start the session quite late than the actual time when it has to get started.

She has made sure, that everything which is being explained is crystal clear to every one in the class, she always clarifies our doubts and query how much ever time we demand to explain,

She always made sure that she takes an extra effort to all offline student addressing our doubts and clarifications post the class whenever it was required.

There are 2 batches in the morning from (7.00am to 8.30am) & (9.00am to 10.30am). There is only 30 min break before she begins her second batch, instead of relaxing and making time for herself for break fast or for other personal activities, she prefers clarifying our doubts and query of the offline students, not only that in spite of taking 5 days class there is a instance happened where she had given additional practice for us on the 6th day(Saturday) which boost our confidence even more, so to this extend she has taken an EXTRA MILE for us, unfortunately no one noticed this so far, I was fortunate to get an amazing training experience.
