Mariam Noor Mohammed talks about his experience with Y-Axis

Mr. Zubin is extremely professional when it comes to knowing how to assist a customer with their queries. The delivering of information was on point and he also repeated the information when I had difficulty in understanding the procedure. He has given me a good comfort level where I am able to communicate with him my worries or doubts with ease and his information has always been realistic rather than providing false hope. I would highly recommend him since he has also shown extra care towards me when I did not have most of my information especially when it came to my job bank details (this was done when he was sick which shows a high level of commitment). I am very happy that my case was assigned to him for this stage and would like to show my gratitude for his patience with me.
