Hi, My Trainer was Swatee Drolia Agarwal for the training sessions that I had enrolled for the IELTS General. The entire experience right from the beginning till this point can be described as nothing less than the top notch . Simply speaking, all the aspects that should be taken care were handled extremely well by Swatee Agarwal, including personal attention to all the Trainees, replying to questions in all the modes of communication, making sure that the sessions are interactive and the most happening ones. From a student point of view (me), Swatee is an excellent Teacher Dear Swatee, it has benn an a absolutely wonderful journey with you as a part of your training batch and I am glad that I had been put in this batch. I am now equipped with all the knowledge to face the fight called IELTS and come out with flying colours. The moment ill get the score , its going to be you who will be notified first. Thank you again. One aspect that I want Y-Axis to probably work upon is Trainer to Student/Trainee ratio. Currently, the jumber of Trainees my Trainer is handling is on a little higher side and naturally it becomes extremely tiring for the Trainer to handle big quantities at one time, that too where personal attention would be needed. However, irrespective of all of these my Trainer just handled everything very smoothly. A little effort in terms of decreasing the batch size would further enhance the training outcome. Thank you.
