Hey everyone! I hope this message finds you well, I applied through Y-Axis and my experience was unique. As my case was a rejection, It might go differently for anyone who is applying but I will share mine. I was greeted by Mr. David, who is very polite and shared all the information that we needed. I was told to pay upfront about 5000aed, and that they would apply for notes and get my rejection reasons and based on that provide a document checklist and I will provide them the documentation and they will submit. Incase I received rejection, there will be a lawyer available who will contact IRCC regarding my application and so on. We signed a contract on that but in the second week Y-Axis sent me an email saying that the contract had to be changed as my classes are approaching and notes would take a lot of time and I won’t be able to apply in time for winter21 intake. Because the time was crucial, I had to change the contract, according to the new contract I had to apply by my self and the other services remain the same. I applied on 3rd oct and received my passport request on 19th Jan. So I guess it all went well, although sridevi is one of team members that I was in contact with and she helped me through out process. Good luck!
