Experience with Y-Axis has been excellent

Our experience with Y-Axis has been excellent, our process consultants (Carliyle Khan & Sreekanth Amera) did a fabulous job in helping us understand the visa application process. We had lots of queries regarding points calculation, who should be the primary applicant, how are the applicants short listed by Australian authorities and several more all of these were addressed with great clarity, honesty and promptly. The data management system is fantastic, you just upload all the relevant documents there and the rest is taken care by the Y-Axis team. PTE coaching provided by them was very beneficial, it helped us get a superior score. Overall, I would say folks at Y-Axis are professional, thorough and responsive, we are in safe hands with them. Thanks Carl & Sreekanth for keeping things streamlined and providing us with a pleasant experience.
